My scratch/concept/imagination that is purely my subjective observation and experience.

"" Public toilet in MRT station. Some stations would be much better if enhancement is made to the toilet cleanliness. With increasing of human traffic, more people might use the public toilet. It is a challenge to keep the high toilet cleanliness standard within all MRT stations.

"" It might be feasible to establish the meeting point area in selected large MRT station that is equipped with smoking area, vending machine that sells drinks and light foods, and trash bin. The area might close to MRT toilet and the PIC for toilet cleanliness will also in charge of the cleanliness of meeting point area. To boost spirit and happiness of the cleaning staff, profit sharing scheme might be established from the sales of drinks and foods.

"" Elevated MRT tracks could generate the noise of train to the air. It can be clearly heard from nearby residential units. The noise can also be detected from 28th floor. It might be better if there is such technology to reduce the MRT noise.

"" It might be better if there is a non-stop MRT dedicated route from Changi airport to downtown area (e.g. : Changi - Outram Park, Changi - Orchard, Changi - Dhoby Ghaut). It could help to ease the capacity of regular east west line (green line) during peak hours.

"" It would be better if city buses have LCD or LED display that shows the shelter name & number of next shelter that will be passed by. It could help passenger to identify the next shelter and prepare to alight.

"" It could be an option to upgrade the low rise residential unit (less than 15-storey) to become 20 until 30-storey unit. Perhaps it might add more residential supply.

"" Tissue paper vending machine would be a great device to be attached in each hawker center. With the unavailable tissue paper for customer, the machine might help customer who needs immediate tissue paper to be used. Ten cents for each 2 ply soft tissue might be a good bargain.
